This car has been absolutely perfect for me, it will be sad to see it go. I purchased it here on ebay just over 2 years ago from a local private seller. It helped me reach my goal,by allowing me to save up enough money to buy myself a new 5.0 :) Now its time to pass on this great deal & great 5.0 to someone else out there. Young or Old, this car is a beauty IMO. The last of the fox bodies!! Its very reliable, and I've personally driven it 1K one way without any issues. Still gets great gas mileage on the highway. It’s a 93 former 5spd car coverted over to AOD years before I purchased it. From what I can tell,it was done right which was a big buying point for me a few years back. They never did change the speedo gear, so im sure the actual mileage is lower than its been titled for the last few owners. I repeat..the mileage is actually lower than the odometer due to who ever did the gears never bothered with a speedo gear,until I DID IT. Not using that as a selling point, but only to inform you folks looking & watching this car over. It runs great,never any mechanical issues for me. The AOD does have a shift kit in it,I also added a transmission cooler just as added insurance. If you shifted it manually AOD style ;) it will chirp 2nd every time J all day long. Otherwise just leave it in drive & GO! I added the leather boot shift cover over the AOD shifter, along with a MGW handle I had for a nicer look, not to mention it gives it a manual look as well ;) kinda cool I never did anything to the car other than fluids. Trans fluid I did twice to ensure I got as much of the older stuff out. Only mods it has done are K&N filter, shift kit, 3.73’s & flowmaster 2 chamber’s welded onto the stock setup. It sound just fine my old age,not too loud with two cats rather than OEM four ;) It’s an original all black interior hatch. Rare for that year. That was a big buying point for me also, I had to have the black interior. Drivers seat shows slight wear from over the years, it could use a good cleaning on the seat bottom. Previous owner spilled a big-gulp on it many years ago,thats the slight discoloration. The door pockets are still intact, panels all look great...rear interior looks great, overall I would rate this interior alittle above average for the age. You decide,I provided alot of pics. Exterior is showing its age like many do this many years later. Clear coat is peeling in a few places as pictured. One slight dent on the drivers door (caused by me) is also pictured, otherwise the exterior I would rate very good for its age…you decide J I did paint the body line trim flat black to match the older year ponies,replaced several of the pieces as well. Not personally being a fan of red cars, I needed to break up the solid color abit. It will also need a right lower front corner valance to replace the one pictured,but it has no affect on anything,I never bothered to find one. Just took care of the car & drove it without worries. Motor is stock,believe it or not...I was the one who removed the air silencer...that says alot if you ask me...and you know what Im talking about, then you would agree :) Plugs were changed very recently by me... cap, rotor,wires, fuel filter, trans fluid, all changed within the last 4k miles. Your good to go. Tagged until 2012,good to go there too. Historic porcelain tag...just take it along too, there..I just saved you $100 easily ;) Tires still good,will still pass inspection. Door lock actuators could be replaced soon,kinda sticky but they still work. Power windows work. Hood latch spring sticks a bit when you try to open it,but not a biggie. Just wanted to point it out also. I removed the entire A/C system. I added the FRPP power steering relocation kit, I also added a NEW motorsport radiator all in the last 2k of mileage. Coolant system flushed & cleaned. This car runs dead cool with all this heat wave had here lately. I still drive a few days a week with out any issues. If your looking for a 5.0 for your young driver...this is it. If your young & looking for a cool 5.0, this is it. If your older like me & looking for a near stock stang in great shape..THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!! The last year of the Fox Body, with a full factory black interior. Unmolested motor...not a bad deal at all I must say :) Please be sure your buying before bidding. I dont want to have to relist this due to a non-paying bidder. IF you dont know why the 94/95 GT MAF is better, please google it & read up...or just go to corral.net - Also need to mention that the ashtray door is broken on this car too :( It was broken when I purchased it. I did take the console apart one day and taped the inside of it shut,so it at least looks good.Nothing the common rebuild kits wont repair.
