Vehicle Detail
This is a 1956 Chevy 210 Sport Sedan, a 4 door vehicle with no B-pillar, also known as a hard-top convertible. The original motor has been replaced with a 383 stroker motor, with an aluminum intake, and Edelbrock performer 4-barrel carb. It has an optima sealed battery, new gear-reduction starter motor, new alternator, and an HEI distributor. The transmission has been replaced with a TH350, 3-speed automatic and the front brakes upgraded to power discs. It also has a Sony in-dash CD player with removable face and electric wipers replacing the old vacuum wipers. The car was used in California as a daily-driver, but since we moved to PA only used occasionally in the summer; we've never driven it when there's been salt on the road. The main color is black, with a classic yellow-to-orange flame job on the nose. The interior is red and black. With the 383-stroker motor, this car is a snappy performer, but it's perfectly streetable. This is not an original, matching numbers trailer queen, it's a classic street rod, that needs to be driven. It even comes with an uninstalled power steering kit, car cover, and a pair of flame dice hanging from the mirror. It's a steal at the asking price.
