This is a 1965 356 SC Coupe which was the last year for the 356 and the 65 was considered by many as the best with 4 wheel disc brakes. I am listing this as a driver/restoration. Half of the floor pan has been replaced also the battery box. All of which looks welded in and done by professionals. I don't know of anything that would keep this from being a driver now with a little TLC. Everything works but the clock. I don't know a lot about these old Porsche's other then liken them. I sure it will need to be gone through such as value adjusting and a tune up. I did change the oil and cleaned out the old fuel. All the lights work including the interior lights and the back up light . The front end is good. The paint has a pretty good shine but has a lot of touch ups plus there is a dent under the left rear turning signal and rear bumper. The interior is fair to good and the head liner will need to be replaced. I would say that the interior is original. The seats are good and the carpet is fair. The rockers are solid where the heater ducks run and the heater works. The chrome wheels should be replaced. It has a spare wheel but the tire isn't any good. The original jack is in the car but there isn't a tire iron. The rubber seals are not very good. The chrome is good to excellent. This is a car that I think anyone could have fun with now and restore as they go. This car is sold as is where is like most cars on E-bay and I suggest looking at any car before buying. If you are unable to look at the car yourself please have someone look at it for you. These cars are getting to be very rare. If you have any questions or would like to make an offer let me know. Maine, VT., Conn., and Ga., are non title States on old cars. What you get from the seller is an old Reg. a notarized bill of sale and a copy of the Maine State Law. I have sold in many States that are title States without any problems, but to be sure check with your own State. And I suggest checking at the State level if no luck at the local level.
