1999 BMW M3 convertible 2 door. 145k miles. 3.2 liter 6 cylinder 250hp with auto trans. Only 2 recorded previous owners from new! Interior in grey leather, one little rip in drivers seat as can be seen, carpet could do with a good clean rest is good enough. All the bells and whistles you would expect from this top of the line pocket rocket. Genuine M3 with clean and clear title. Drives very nicely. The top is in great shape however it only seems to work when there is a full moon! Have not been bothered to even investigate, could be a simple fix or might not be? Everything else works as it should including ice cold air conditioning, all windows,mirrors, seats gauges etc. There are no lights on the dash. Car drives down the road very nicely, no steering or suspension noise, brakes straight and true. Car is super strong, if you have never driven an E36 M3 it is night and day compared to say a same year 328i, you can potter around all day and yet when you nail it only dedicated supercars are going to leave you behind! Bodywork is good bar the couple of dings as can be seen in pix on drivers side front fender and hood(may be the result of the accident shown in the history report?) Premium Harmon Kardon sound system including built in subwoofer and 6 disc cd changer in the trunk and it all works and sounds pretty darn good! Two front tires are new and backs are ok but you will probably be replacing them sooner rather than later. Full size spare in the trunk, jack and brace but the tools are missing from the toolkit on trunk lid. This will be the cheapest E36 M3 convertible for sale on eBay bar none with a clean title! NO RESERVE! There will be a $250 deposit due via paypal with 24 hours of auction end and full payment by wire transfer, major cashiers check or good old cash in person within 5 days of auction end. On Jul-17-11 at 06:09:58 PDT, seller added the following information: Just for your information, she does actually get pretty good gas mileage as long as you are not being crazy with your right foot, I easily get 27mpg cruising around, not too bad considering the performance available. Also the top only started acting up really bad after a new plastic rear window was fitted so it is possible they could have knocked a sensor out of alignment or broken one or the wiring to it? Pretty sure the motors will still be good.
