Up for auction is my prized 1971 Mustang Mach1 Tribute. As much as I hate to do it, I Am selling because I Am retired and the wife is pressuring me to do so because I don't drive it very often. Although this is a Clone, you can not tell with out a build sheet or VIN. Car was appraised at $18,500 in 2008 and has had over $12,000 in improvments since then. This car is wearing the original Medium Yellow Gold Paint ( E-Code #3492-A ) that it was born with. It originally came with the Sport package ( NASA hood, Stripes ) and was later converted into a MACH1. Car is pretty loaded with many options including AM / FM 8 Track Stereo, Door and Rear Tray Speakers, Tilt Steering, Seatbelt Warnig Light, Key Warning Buzzer, Long Floor Console w/ Clock, Deluxe Interior, Power Steering, Power Drum Brakes, Front Spoiler, Rear Spoiler, Functional Ram Air System, Glovebox light,Tach/Speedometer and Center Guage Package, ( Gauges are back to the original black faces, but can go back to white if wanted ) etc. Doors and Ignition are original keyed alike, Glovebox and Trunk Locks are original keyed alike. Does not have A/C. There is a Spacesaver Tire mounted on a CRAGER Rim that matches other rims, Inflator Bottle and Spacesaver Protection Cover btween Chrome wheel and Jack in the trunk. Car comes with new car cover with srorage bag. Engine Compartment and Interior are very clean. Under the hood this car is sporting a 351 Clevend 4 barrel engine. Distributor has a ( HEI ) Pertronix Ignition module with a Pertronix 60,000 volt coil. Timing is Gear Drive making it sound Super Charged. Drivetrain is a 4 Speed Toploader with a Traclock differential, 3:70 gears, and Traction bars. Car looks / sounds real nice with Dual exhaust and has plenty of power. You won't be disappointed. Paint has some chips, scratches and cracks, but is a very solid car. All floor boards and trunk is very solid. ( All metal is straight and solid, No rust throughs ), Only some surface rust in door jambs and other minor areas.
