OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY WITH THIS BEAUTIFUL and RARE 1959 FORD FAIRLANE 500 - 4 DOOR **********NO RESERVE*********** Description: * Vehicle is a run and drive vehicle and is currently registered on the road. This vehicle is the one that Grandpa would never "let go" of..... until now. This vehicle is considered "original". Please look at all the pictures for this vehicle. I am selling this vehicle for an older gentleman that I know. He states, "This is the type of car you find hiding in a barn somewhere." I will as descriptive as possible but please if you have any questions, please contact myself or come see the vehicle. If you need additional pictures I will be more than happy to take them for you and send them to your email. Body: The shell of this vehicle is all original metal with no fabrication (bondo). Vehicle has been repainted and reupholstered only. Rear view mirror, Trim, Wheels, Hub Caps are all original that came factory with the vehicle. Floor board and Trunk Floor is all original with no fabrication. Very small rust areas on front hood and bottom driver side door. (paint bubble) Might need new brakes. Current brakes stop the vehicle but could be better. 3 out of 4 door windows have either minor or major cracks. Trunk Button release missing. Headliner has a "sag" to it but very easily fixable. Original spare in the trunk of vehicle. Engine: Original V8 Engine which starts right up with no issues. Choke not connected. Engine could use a minor tune up but not needed today to drive down the road. Transmission: In good working order. Shifts in drive with all gears and into reverse. Bumpers and Doors: Open and Close and are in good working order. Hood and Trunk open and close and are in good working order. Misc; Has the original AM Radio, sorry No FM during this time period.
