This is not just any E30, this car is special in many ways and is quite unique ! What is this car? – It is a clean Title, US spec, 1989 E30 325i 4 door sedan converted to custom Euro E30 M-techII body appearance package. Full restoration ! Top quality work ! All body/paint/interior/engine/suspension/brakes are NEW! This car is like no other E30, you will not find an E30 in this condition unless I build another one! There is no rust, no damage, no scratches, no blemishes, no leaks, no problems /!! ENGINE: During the restoration of this car we pulled the entire drivetrain out and rebuilt it ! NOTHING WAS LEFT UNTOUCHED ON THIS MOTOR - EVERYTHING WAS REBUILT, CLEANED AND INSPECTED ! The head was removed, polished and cleaned. New rocker arms, valve seals, guides were installed. The block was checked & cleaned and the new head gasket was installed. We painted the Block in Chevy Racing Orange ! New set of Head Bolts was installed as well as the new set of special Exhaust manifold nuts New Timing Belt, New Tensioner, New Water Pump, Rebuilt injectors, New Ignition Wires ! Full Tune up including all sensors/gaskets/hoses/belts etc! New Spark plugs, Ignition Rotor and Distributor cap New Air Mass Meeter Boot, Breather hoses, coolant hoses New Washer reservoir and expansion Tank, OEM BMW Coolant New Fuel and Oil Filters, Mobil 1 synthetic oil, New Ooil Pan Gasket ! New Exhaust manifold heating shields This car has BRAND NEW CATALYTIC CONVERTER & EXHAUST ! It will pass CA emission SMOG test! Gearbox: This car used to be an automatic. We sourced late model, low milage 1991 325iC that we parted and used as a donor car for 5 speed swap into this 4 door sedan. The gearbox was opened and checked, resealed and used in the swap along with the pedal cluster and other parts: New Clutch was installed, Resurfaced Flywheel, New Flywheel seal, synthetic gear oil New shifter support, New Flex Disc New release bearing, selector rod, shift lever bushing, output shaft seal New Guibo, New Transmission mounting support bushings Custom painted Black Valve cover & Manifold intake We also sourced late Model E30 Limited Slip Differential 3:73 LSD that was rebuilt and installed for better performance and driving dynamics ! We also installed racing skid plate that protects the oil pan on a lowered car from any damage. This skid plate is extremely strong and has been tested on my race car and other E30s that we've built ! Suspension New M3 Bilstein Sport Shocks, New Front and Rear shock mounts New Ireland Engineering Lowering Springs New Control Arms, New Tire rod end links, New M3 Offset control arm bushings New front strut tower brace, New Rear strut tower brace (custom !) Old suspension went straight to the garbage ! As you can see the car has the perfect stance and although it is lowered, the ride is extremely pleasant, NOT HARSH ! The car handles like a dream ! I've owned and built a lot of E30s and this one has one of the best drive characteristics of them all. Remember - Everything is NEW on this car ! Brakes Everything is NEW ! New OEM Rotors, New OEM pads, New Sensors ! New Emergency Brake shoes, springs & bolts New Emergency brake Cables New sensors, New Racing DOT4 brake fluid, Flush the whole braking system! New Stainless Steel Brake Lines Interior Full custom interior – the seats are HEATED SPORT E30 SEATS! These are European Handstooth – amazing quality and look with rare Euro rear headrests! Matching European Handstooth door panels Custom Instrument cluster – titanium rings, red needles, Rare Euro Clock NEW M-techII Steering wheel with BMW OEM ZHP 5 speed shift knob ! New Leather Shift Boot with German Flag New BMW AC Schnitzer Pedals New Kenwood KDC head unit (with auxiliary input), Premium Speakers & Tweeds Custom painted (dark brown) headliner Excellent dash, center console, glove box, knee bolster and all the other panels! Nothing is missing! Everything works ! during restoration BODY / EXTERIOR Obviously, the most amount of work was spent on the body. When I got this car it was an automatic (blown transmission), painted army green with brush (seriously!), dented and scratched 1989 E30 in sad shape! It is now one of the most beautiful E30s out there with 100% rust free body and awesome custom paint job ! This car is painted in techno age space silver - beautiful metallic flake silver color! The paint job is absolutely amazing, highest quality materials were used! BMW M-Tech II front and rear Bumpers (no ugly US side markers) BMW M-Tech II Side skirts molded into OEM ix Fender flared New Euro front grills, New Chrom Kidney Grills New Hella style European Smiley Smoked headlights, Xenon Slim HID conversion (6000) New OEM BMW Tail lights with gaskets ! Bonrath Mono Wiper conversion Very rare custom front splitter for M-Tech II front bumper Shadowline window trim, 3rd brake light delete all New window, hood, sunroof, trunk and door seals (expensive !!!) New roundels, New Antenna & Antenna grommet and PLASE REMEMBER - We completely changed the color of this car, NOTHING was left unpainted or untouched, everything was rebuilt and re-done ! we started the restoration with fixing the body work and making it all straight we also smoothed the engine bay and sprayed it the same color of the car when we pulled out the engine while we worked on the body we were busy working on other E30s at the shop the doors were custom shaved and smoothed, E30 M3 style the fenders the pulled and the lips were rolled and sealed custom work on sideskirts custom work on bumpers and fender flares paint job ! PLEASE NOTE: The car is NOT being sold with the 16x8.5 Front with 2" lips and 16x9 with 2.5" lips custom BBS RS wheel with Brand New Falken 452 215/40/16 tires. However, the buyer will be able to buy this wheel/tire package at additional cost! The car will come equipped with BMW 14" Basket weaves SPORT wheels and Excellent tires !
