This auction is for a BMW 328ic Convertible. Some of the features of this vehicle include: · Sport Package o 16 inch BMW alloy wheels o Heated leather front seats o Color coated rear bumper o Color coated fenders · 6 Cylinder 2.8 liter engine · Power soft convertible top · Automatic transmission · Power driver and passenger seats · Rollover protection · Fog lights · Power locks w/ aftermarket remote entry · Trip computer · Wood grain · Rear head rests · Automatic Dual Zone climate control · Air Conditioning · ABS · Traction control · Heated mirrors · CD player Condition of the car: Exterior: The exterior of the car is in excellent condition with only a couple minor door dings, and easily polishable surface scratches. Paint is great. The wheels are in mint condition with no scratches at all. The convertible top is in great condition with very little wear. The back window is also in great condition and is very clear. Tires are in great condition (almost brand new). No visible rust at all. Interior: The interior plastic, carpet and wood are in fair condition (mostly just dirty). The leather on the back seats is in good condition showing some wear. The leather on the passenger seat is not in great condition showing wear and some cracking. The driver’s seat used to be worse than the passengers, but the lower seat leather has been reupholstered and looks much better (pretty cheap to do). The back of the driver’s seat is like the passenger’s seat showing considerable wear. The doors need new clips because when you go over bumps, or open or close the door, they squeak, and you can see them pulling away from the door frame. Drive Train and Transmission: The car drives great. The engine is strong, and the transmission has recently been replaced. Other mechanics: The air conditioning works great, as well as all of the other electronics ie. all of the power options. The driver’s side heated seat seems to work sometimes, and not others. I have never looked into it as the car is located in Phoenix. There is also an issue where hot air blows in the lower vents. The speakers in the car need to be replaced. They all crack and don’t sound very good (pretty cheap thing to fix) Convertible top: The convertible top does not go down. It will not even begin the process. I am assuming it is the motor. The button for the top blinks red. Because there is an issue with the top, the trunk does not seem to lock. All in all this is a nice car. The most important things (exterior and drive train) are in great condition. Although there are some issues, it has been well maintained in terms of oil changes and other maintenance. It would need some work, but after all is said and done you could get this car for a great price. Good luck!
