This is no doubt one of the nicest original 67 survivor Rangers in exsistence today You are viewing original, not restored! It was recently purchased from the original buyer's widow, now 85 years old Original owner was a truck driver who ordered this Ranger new from Friendly Ford in Pickens, SC in '67 He died in 1980 and left it to his wife. It has accumulated only 3,000 miles in the last 31 years! It has been garage kept since new and has seldom been rained on Before selling the truck, the widow had all new FORD brakes installed at a Ford dealership. She also spent $350 on a new Autolite carburetor. Also, new radial tires. Exhaust system is nice, too (looks new). The aluminum trim is bright! The steering wheel is beautiful and uncracked The bed has been covered with carpet and a camper top since new! You could eat off the bed's floor. The hood was painted and perfectly matched because of a small dent on the right front corner. The truck is simply beautiful from front to back The bumpers are original, not rechromed! Those exterior stainless rear views are the original and optional FoMoCo "west coast" mirrors The seats and carpet pictured are all original. I did find a bleached spot under the right floor mat from a spill of some sort. Comes with the original owner's manual in the glove box Zero rust! Meticulously maintained by the original owner! The chrome on the left front fender was damaged, and an NOS Ford piece is included with the truck in its original FoMoCo wrapper! No fender damage except a small scratch where the chrome goes. This Ranger has factory green tinted glass, the original 390 automatic, power steering, power brakes, and AM radio. The Powered by Ford 390 cubic inch engine is unmolested and purrs like a kitten. The axle code is 17 Paint code is WU Note the original jack and washer bag under the hood The truck is actually a little dirty in the photos and has some dirt spattered up on the wheel covers. Negatives: a leaky gasket on the right exhaust manifold, and some cracks in the dash pad. There are two very small and shallow dinks in the right hand head lamp door. Another negative....it's simply too nice to use as a work truck! The truck runs and drives perfectly and can be driven home to anywhere in the US! No smoking or ticking! Cranks quickly and idles smoothly at low RPMs. You get the pictured aluminum bed cover as a bonus, and its as nice as the truck Knock your buddies socks off with this '67 Ford!
