1998 Honda Gold Wing

1998 GL1500 ASPENCADE. I'm selling this black beauty for the owner. He has reached a point where he can no longer hold this large bike up. He droped it in the driveway and decided it was time to give up riding. Factory extras of the Aspencade model include: Cruise Control, Adjustable-vented windshield, on board air compressor, digital clock, reverse, am-fm radio w/casette player, intercom. Has a CB antenna BUT NO CB. Many after market extras have been added: Ring of Fire front wheel covers, running light on wheel covers, fog lights, led lights in chrome front engine grills and on trunk and saddle bag trim panels. (4 led lights out, right side ring of fire lights need to be reconnected) Throttle Boss hand grips. Chrome clutch and brake levers( some pealing on the chrome) original levers in trunk. Chrome, bigfoot kickstand, two position passenger foot rests. CORBIN SADDLE with drivers adjustable back rest, passenger armrests. Trailer hitch receiver (no hitch insert). Also installed are after market exhaust pipes. Not sure of the brand but they give off a gentle rumble, not loud, but not silent like stock pipes on Goldwings. As I look at other 1998 Goldwings it appears the pipes are stock and that Honda changed them up in 1998. I'm not sure, I just know they have a deeper rumble than my 1997 GL1500SE. Some of the pictures show the reflection of the pavement below. This is from the shine not defects in the finish. This is a very nice bike that has been gentley ridden over 106, 200 miles. Some minor cosmetic blemishes, some small cracks in the left fairing near the chrome trim and between the air vents, shown in photo. This happened from the owner dropping it in the driveway. You will be proud to ride this bike. I value my 100% positve feedback, so I have done my best to describe imperfections in detail. Front tire needs replacement and rear tire has estimated 2,000 miles left on it. This bike runs, rides and drives smooth and powerful. You will not be disappointed. The buy it now reflects the items listed in detail above. THIS IS AN BEAUTIFUL GOLDWING FOR THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The reserve is also very reasonable. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO BUY IT. It is possible that I could drive this bike to Saginaw, Mi. if it is easier for you to pickup from there.
