Truck purchased November 2009 from Carmax and was recently involved in an accident. Truck has a CLEAN TEXAS TITLE! Extensive exterior damage but the engine turns over, airbags still intact, as the impact was mainly to passenger side of the vehicle. The interior appears to still be in good condition. Having only liability coverage, the truck needs to be sold as is. The truck is in an impound so the total payment is required within 3 days of sale. Please see photos for severity of damage. Possible additional Damage unknown. The truck was in excellent condition after having purchased from Carmax as a Certified Quality Inspected pre-owned vehicle. 1. According to the tow truck driver, the engine turns over and appears to have no problem if put in another vehicle. 2. All the damage is to the exterior passenger front panel, and passenger side panel as far back as the rear seal beam. It is unknown if the heat/ac will work, but, theses entities were not impacted in the crash. 3. There is power stearing and again, the engine was not impacted in the crash. In fact, the front grill was not even scratched! 4. There is a CD player and radio in the vehicle that appear not to have been damaged. 5. Three of the tires still have up to 50% tread left...The right passenger tire is severely damaged and useless. 6.
