Due to unexpected medical expenses up for bid is my 1970 Chevelle with S.S. options. This is an unfinished project that I have been working on and storing for many years. Most of the hard work has been done. It has a rebuilt NOM 454 LS5 with a turbo 400 trans. and F-41 12 bolt posi rear suspension. Power steering, power front disc brakes, front and rear sway bars with boxed control arms. Has 5 magnum 500 wheels with B.F. Goodrich tires. Original solid floors, trunk and frame. New cowl induction hood, inner wheel wells, battery tray etc. Doors open and close nice. All glass is good. Original T-3 headlights. Rear window trim in trunk. Still needs final body work and paint. At this point being in primer you could go original white with red interior or red/ red interior, black/ red interior or some other combination of your liking. The interior needs some restoring as well. Carpet and headliner should be replaced, front seat redone etc. Rear seat looks decent. As with any car that has been in long term storage everything will need to be given the once over. Brakes are down and will need to bled at the very least. It will need a new battery. Old gas in tank will need to be drained and replaced with fresh. Engine will need final sorting such as fine tuned, set timing, adjust carb etc. The car will need a new dual exhaust system, currently only has open manifolds. These are just some of the things the car will need to be completed. I am sure there is more. This is currently not a turn key driver but shouldn't take much to be so. Just to summarize this is an unfinished project that needs completion. It is not matching numbers. But still worth doing as these cars are quite valuable once completed. If you are a painter this would be a great opportunity to make money. Clear title in my name. I have not come accross any documentation so I make no guarantees. Mileage shows 29k but I can verify if it has been around or not. No, you can not work on this in my driveway. It will need to be trailered or flatbeded. It rolls easy. I am letting this go for far less than I have invested. I will consider a PARTIAL trade and cash for antique car, truck, farm tractor or vintage motorcycle (No crotch rockets).
