Pictured is a 1968 pontiac firebird coupe being sold for a restoration project or for parts.The previous owner removed the fuel tank as well as a few other parts to start restoration and then lost interest.The engine is a 350ci pontiac V-8 and runs excellent.It started right up yesterday by running a fuel line from the fuel pump to a small fuel can.All parts pictured go with the car as well as the rear bumper that is not pictured.As you can see in the pics,this car is going to need a complete restoration including a new roof panel which is available brand new from ames performance,year-one,classic industries,etc...The car originally had a vinyl top which caused the roof panel to rust out.The floor pans are bad and will need to be replaced.The trunk floor has some rust through mainly around the fuel filler neck area.The doors both open and close like they should.The outer sheet metal is bad in places and will need to be replaced or repaired.You can buy just about anything you need brand new to restore this car.All of the glass is intact and in good condition.I have a connecticut state title to the car in a previous owners name.This vehicle is being sold for parts or restoration only with no warranty or guarantee of any kind with no refunds.The buyer will receive a bill of sale from me and the title to the car from a previous owner.The buyer understands and agrees to the terms of this sale.This car will need to be towed with a flat bed tow truck or car trailer.It rolls easily and the tires hold air,so loading will not be a problem.I can help with loading the car if needed.A three hundred dollar non refundable deposit by u.s.postal money order is do four days after the auction ends.This vehicle must be picked up and paid for in full with cash no later than twenty days after the auction ends.If the buyer needs a little more time to pick it up,i need to know as soon as possible.Please feel free to ask any questions.Anyone interested is more than welcome to inspect the car and hear it run.Any ebayers with less than ten feedbacks,need to contact me first with their contact information before bidding or their bid will be cancelled.This car is for sale in the united states only.There is no reserve,so the highest bidder wins it.Thank you.
