Mercedes-Benz 300D Euro runs on diesel, bio-diesel or WVO This is a 1982 Mercedes 300D euro sedan. As you can see, it has the european grill and head lights. The car has 201k miles on it and runs like a top. INTERIOR The carpet is clean and in good shape. The front seats are in great shape and nice and firm. The rear seat is in great shape as well. All the carpet looks great. The dash has a few cracks, but they are small and can be repaired easily. The wood on the dash is in good shape and the only laquer chips are by the shifter. The radio is a Kenwood deck and works, but the rear speakers were removed. We may have some laying around if you want the old originals. The door locks all work with the key. No apparent leaks in the vaccume system. Head liner is also in great shape. EXTERIOR The exterior is in good shape. All the windows work. The paint is nice and just needs a nice buff to shine. There are a few minor rock chips in a few places, but over all this is a great daily driver. MECHANICAL- The engine is in excelent shape. It is the 5 cylinder turbo engine, and runs very well and quick. You will be surprised how fast this is. Transmission is in good shape. Good radiator. Shocks are tight. Brakes are great. New fuel/oil filters. The water pump and radiator work well. Climate control works well. Not sure about the A/C since mother nature thinks it is still winter here. It may just need a charge. VEGGIE OIL/BIO DIESEL: I run my personsl 300TD wagon on veggie oil. Mine has injector line heaters and in a warm climate shouldn't need much else. I can put line heaters on this for $250 if you like. I would also be happy to discuss WVO and dispell some of the 'forum mentality' myths and facts as well. WARRANTY : Owner will guaranty the drive train on the car for 30 days after the purchase. (this doesn't mean He'll pay for your mechanic’s repairs. It means he will fix or replace anything that goes bad. I know this doesn't help much if you are far away but it’s more than most will do. I just want you to know I have confidence that the car will run well for you.)
