Suzuki 1982 GS650 Project (?) Bike. This bike has a clear Virginia Title - Engine starts easily - runs strong - all of the electrics work - Brakes work. The Gas Cap and Helmet lock work with the original key provided. Suzuki Seat is in good condition. Included is a Factory Suzuki service manual. The Exhaust system is of Suzuki original parts from 2 EBay purchases - essentially solid but some stains, pipe scratches and few small dents will be seen on head pipes. The battery was purchased new May 2011. Actual mileage is unknown (EBay ad requires a number - so 99,999?). Paint clear coat is starting to lift on the top of the tank. Please look at the list of changes made and work done to bring it on line: 1-New choke cable 2-New front and rear Tires 3-Balanced and adjusted carbs 4-Exhaust is basically rust free with some scratches and few small dents 5-Oil/filter has been changed 6-New Battery 7-Suzuki Factory Maintenance Manual is included (also have service manual on CD) 8-Front forks have been disassembled, cleaned, inspected; replaced (New) Seals and Boots 9-New Fork Oil 10-New Fuel Petcock Problems: 1-No air filter element in the Suzuki air cleaner box. 2-No mirrors 3-Fuel Gauge is not accurate at all 4-Knob on end of brake leaver is missing 5-The tail cone is broken on the left side and a replacement cone is included but is BLACK in color - Please see Photos I have tried to accurately describe the Bike, what has been done and problems as I see them - BUT - the sale is “As Is”. This Bike is my Hobby interest; I am not a dealer or doing the work as an investment. I have owned it for about 3 years and ridden it several times in MY YARD but not on the street. Arthritis in my wrists and left foot - I have problems shifting - is the final cause of this sale. Please do not bid if you have no intention of following through.
