This 1964 El Camino is professionaly built from the ground up. I have receipts for $45,000 Plus the cost of the car, engine and transmission. The engine is a .030 over 350 making it a 355, has world heads, forged pistons, forged crank, many polished aluminum componants, billet specialties Jet coated headers, full custom mandrel 3" Jet coated exhaust with polished stainless Boarla mufflers, the exhaust is now completely under the car and does not exit to the sides as seen in some pics. March pulleys and mounting brackets, MSD distributer, 6AL and wires, billet wire looms,much more Trans is a turbo 400 built with shift kit, deep pan and 2500 stall, front mount finned cooler. The front susspesion is all tubular chromemoly, QA1 coilovers and coils, Hotchkis sway bar and poly mounts, Flaming river power steering box. Rear suspension is custom built with a custom built Moser 12 bolt and 4 link setup with wishbone locator, QA1 coilovers. Brakes are Willwood front disc and rears are also disc, brakes are also power with chrome master. The bed is all custom built and painted with an underbed aluminum fuel cell with custom fuel door in the bed. The Paint was done 4 years ago and is an 8.5 out of 10 looks very nice but has some flaws. The color is factory with a little gold flake added. Car looks much brighter in the sunlight. All the Chrome is new or very nice, I have new chrome for the cab around the window that is brand new but needs to be installed, the chrome on there is decent but shows its age. I just have not put the new ones on yet. The interior is all new or in great shape, Has a nice stereo with front kick panel mount speakers. The dash has been painted to match the exterior, Flaming river polished aluminum tilt column. 69 rosewood steering wheel. Wheels are billet specialties Rebel wheels with ribbed design. Tires are Mickey Thompson S/R street radials 31/18.5/15 rear 26/8/15 rear Many more parts I cant think of right now. This car was built to cruise and show. It starts runs and drives excellent. It is rare A/C car that still has the A/C compressor, box, and controls but needs some components to complete.
