My father purchased CR-V EX new in 2004, drove it in retirement for only a couple years. Vehicle runs like new with only 17,489 original miles! Clean interior- all original parts. All service/oil changes to date. Perfect working order- passed state inspection in MD and MD emissions test. New battery installed 6 months ago. All tires and spare have lots of tread left. This is the perfect starter car for the young driver or a second utility vehicle/family hauler. No accidents or body/frame damage. Passenger door repainted after Dad swiped a no parking sign. Some paint transfer (not dings) from other cars on drivers side. Nothing significant. Great car, extremely low miles, perfect working order! KBB.com shows this vehicle worth $14,815 (fair condition) and $15,940 (good condition) given the low miles, private party sale. Clear title. Buyer arranges to pick up in Northern Virginia area. On Jun-14-11 at 17:22:05 PDT, seller added the following information: Answers to a few questions: 1) No rust whatsoever; see above for general cosmetic issues; 2) Owner and family are NON-SMOKERS, vehicle has never had a smoker inside; 3) Most of the miles where accumulated between late 2004 and 2007; I have since run and driven it regularly to keep things in working order (see above for service); 4) Generally not kept in a garage; 5) Title is free and clear (as of April '11), I suspect the reporting systems haven't kept up. There are no issues whatsoever with the title, no lien, etc. It is a Maryland title that will be given to successful buyer at time of pickup. Thanks-
