NO RESERVE NO WARRANTY SOLD AS IS Up for auction is a 1996 Toyota Corolla. This vehicle was seized by the Winfield Police Department on 01/05/08 for a non-drug related offense. It was awarded to our agency on 08/06/08 through the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Court in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/36-2. It has been stored indoors since 08/2008. We have a clear title in hand. After sitting idle for almost 3 years, this vehicle needed a charge to the battery and it started right up. Engine idles smoothly and there is no smoke coming from the exhaust. Transmission shifts smoothly. Brakes work however the rotors are corroded. Body has rust and large dent on rear passenger quarter panel. Right rear taillight is secured with tape. Interior cloth has no holes or tears and has somewhat of a foul odor. Headliner is drooping. Vehicle is equipped with A/C however it does not blow cold air. Power windows and locks. Odometer reads 116445. Missing front passenger hubcap. Maintenance history of this vehicle is unknown.
