1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4X4. 88953 miles. Blown Head gasket. Everything else in good condition. Runs but probably shouldn’t be driven until repaired. overheats quickly. Great jeep, rotten son who didn't take care of it. Being sold As is. Local pick up only Please ask all questions before bidding!!! The shop felt like it was just a head gasket but a cracked head is also a possibility. AC does not work, compressor was swapped out to another jeep we own. AC did work prior to removing the compressor. 4X4 works great. Tires good Battery and Starter both new 1/1/2011 Car was driven some after overheated which is most likely what caused the head gasket issue. Son said it was driven less than 10 miles before he noticed the temp gauge in the red. I don’t know for sure what caused the overheating. Engine runs but sputters and shakes pretty badly at idle. Car is at college with my son so I have not personally seen it run or inspected it. The mechanic at the shop where we had it towed told us it was a blown head gasket.
