Vehicle Detail

1969 Chevy Camaro X11 Vin matches partial Vin under cowl. From the Vin you can tell it was originally a V8 car. I took a pic of the trim tag. It was originally hugger orange. 350 V8 casting number 14016379 (appears to be from a 86-88 truck with one piece rear main) Has camel hump heads Edelbrock aluminum intake and carb HEI distributor Headers 3 speed automatic transmission Console with gauges Factory tach Fiberglass hood Fiberglass rear spoiler 10 bolt rear end push button electric trunk release power steering rear air shocks custom wheels 4-wheel drum brakes duel exhaust the dumps just before the axle grant steering wheel custom wheels all weather stripping and window felts in good condition Z28 badging but is not a Z28 The car looks great!! I was told the car painted approx 10 years ago and the engine/transmission were also rebuilt then but do not have any paperwork. I want to be honest as possible and decribe the car the best I can. I recently aquired this car and have not had it that long. I've decided it's not what I want and going to sell it. Both rear window regulators need repaired. The brakes need repaired. They most likely need adjusted but the car is not safe to drive as is. The pedal goes to the floor unless you pump them and then they hold. There is some rust coming through the right rear quarter seem under the rear glass. I took pics of it. Only the gas guage works on the console. The other three need fixed. I dont know if it wiring or the guages. It has a temp and oil pressure guage above the pedals. The left hood hinge may need adjusted or replaced. The hood does not line up right. Rear end leaks some scratches on roof that have been touched up. See pic Dash has some rust. It appears that the windshield leaked at one time. There is no holes and looks solid. You can see it in the Vin pic. Right turn signal does not come on parking brake lever does not stay down left rear tire has some minor damage from touching the inside of the quarter. I think its usable. All tires have good tread. door ding in drivers door dash pad does not fit properly. It will probably need replaced. key does not work in truck. Only opens with electric dash button. there are minor scratches here and there that have been touched up. Overall the car has some minor things that need to be addressed. It looks great and would be a great daily driver. It fires right up and sounds good. If you have any questions please ask. Please do not bid if you do not have the funds available or financing set up. I also have the car for sale locally and the auction could end at any time. I can assist with arranging transportation if needed. If you need more pics, just ask. I also have a 67 for sale.
