This little coupe has a 3 3/4" chop with a nice filled, ribbed top, has had all patch panels installed, with a new trunk lid, new steel in floors/trunk, the frame is a original model a thats been fully boxed with a k-member installed for the chrome Pete & Jakes tri-link 4-bar rear setup witch is a mustang rearend (around 350 gears) with chrome QA1 shocks and a disc conversion, front is a 4" drop Speedway axel with Pete & Jakes chrome shocks, disc brakes and sway bar, new billet top Vega box with chrome arm, also its got a chrome CPP power brake setup, motor is a 55 desoto 291 Hemi thats been totally rebuilt back to stock specs, its got Hot Heads polished valve covers with Moon breathers and matching scoop, chrome 1-wire alternator, stainless flex hoses, Sanderson alumicoated lake style headers with Purple Hornie mufflers, alum. highrise intake, oil filter adapter, Pertronix ignition, bluprinted 650 Holley carb, etc. etc!, trans is a nice rebuilt 700-r with overdrive and alum. frame mounted cooler, it has a new alum. radiator with 2 polished overflow tanks, new chrome radiator shell and stone gaurd and Moon style front gasser tank, all new fuel lines and brake lines, car has a new laminated winshield that flips out as original, has a new CPP chrome/tilt column with stainless u-joints/shaft, has a E-Z wiring harness, new chrome dietz headlights, and all lights/gauges work fine but there was no rear park lights built into taillights which are LEDs (but wire is ran back there for them) also no horn, speedo quit at 61 miles for some reason, havent looked into it yet, but gas gauge works good and car holds great oil press (30-50psi) and temp stays real low (130-160*), its got nice mustang granda seats and floor etc. has been covered in Fatmat, its got a alum. fuel tank with flip top cap and near new battery built into trunk, (it is slow to take fuel into tank for some reason?) also new Billet Specialties Street Lite wheels and Mickey Thompson S/R flame treaded radials, this car runs good and gets good gas miliage and is very tame as it is basicly stock, may puff smoke a little on start up but clears right up, I bought running gear out of a 55 desoto that had about 400 miles on rebuild, body needs a little more finish metal work, and theres a shimmy at around 50 mph, but Ive never balanced tires or driveshaft, also needs inner garnesh mouldings and all windows except front, doors open/close good and have good regulators (ones new) frame and body are 83 yrs old and do have normal pitting etc but nothing real bad ( just being honest, Ive sold several on here with very good results, check feedback) this is a neat car to finish out with some very nice parts, you can drive while working on it, just recently got it together and havent worked all the bugs out yet, has a nice clear title, tag in my name ready for transfer, tagged as a real model a, $500 non refundable at auction end remainder withen 48 hours, reserve right to end auction early, please ask any and all questions prior to bidding/buying thru email or call 918-868-7394
