The Brevard County Sheriff's Office will be auctioning off a forfeited BMW 745Li to the highest bidder if reserve price is met. The Brevard County Sheriff's Office is selling this vehicle with no warrantee, the vehicle is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" to the winning bidder. The Brevard County Sheriff's Office will not offer delivery or setup delivery for this vehicle. The Brevard County Sheriff's Office has no vehicle history on this vehicle, such as maintenance records or vehicle accidents. The Brevard County Sheriff's seized this vehicle in August 2010. Based on a visual inspection, this BMW 745Li seems to be a very clean car. The vehicle seems to drives and operate fine. The windshield wipers do not operate when activated by the switch, other than that it has no known mechanical problems. There is a small dent in the lower section of the front passenger side door. The car does have several scratches on the in different locations. I have included pictures of this damage and will include them in the photos. The dent and scratches pictures should be in the last three pictures in the photo layout. The vehicle will be listed for a 10 day auction and will NOT end early and will NOT have a "Buy it Now Price". Do not ask what the reserve price is, as it will not be disclosed to bidders. The Brevard County Sheriff's Office will not allow test drives of this vehicle. The Brevard County Sheriff's Office does not accept credit cards or PayPal. The winning bidder will be required to pay for this vehicle with in 72 hours after closing of auction using a direct bank wire transfer.
