Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on a very clean running, 4x4 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.   Amazingly, I am only the second owner of the vehicle, and bought it off a colleague who recently bought a new car for his wife.  I have only owned it a short time, but I will do my best to describe the truck accurately and include as many pictures as possible.  I welcome all questions and comments, but I simply don't need a car while living in Key West. The motor and transmission are both in good shape, everything operates as it should.  The engine was actually replaced about 15K miles ago, due to a factory-recalled fan issue.  The newer one is out of a 2002 GC, and has run fine ever since.  I went through the transfer case the other day to make sure the 4-wheel drive engages as it should and everything was fine.  The sunroof doesn't leak, all the windows/lights/signals operate as they should.  All four tires were recently replaced as well, and have a TON of tread left.  The A/C blows cold.  All in all, it is a very solid vehicle that would be the perfect tow vehicle for a small boat or jet ski. Even though I've only had it a couple months, my nature is to fix the small things that needed attention - since those are usually the most annoying parts.      Recently Checked/Replaced     Turn signal relay     Headlight lenses buffed to clear fog     Hydraulic lifts on hood     Battery charge tested at Advance   That all being said, it does have over 200K miles, so it isn't in showroom condition any more.  There are some scratches and pits in the paint (nothing super serious), small dents here and there in the plastic cladding, and the front leather seats are cracked and peeling in spots (see pics).  The ABS light is usually lit (probably ABS sensor or relay), and Check Engine comes on from time to time (usually O2 sensor).  The brakes stop strongly, even if they do squeak occasionally.  Again, none of this is a terribly big deal for a 4x4, but I believe in telling everything straight and usually people are much happier that way.  The pictures give a good impression - I couldn't snap every little scratch, but all in all it is a very presentable ride that looks great from a few feet away.           Just a reminder on ebay policies, your bid is a binding legal contract to take ownership of the vehicle.  I require a 300.00 deposit via paypal within 48 hours of auction end, and the remainder due in cash on pickup of the vehicle.  If you want to use a certified bank check, then I have to wait for it to clear before releasing the vehicle and signing the title over.  It is a clean title in my name, and I will create a bill of sale for the winning bidder as well.  You are free to ask any questions prior to the auction ending, or set up an appointment via email to come down and see it in person.  I have it listed locally as well, so reserve the right to end the auction early - but would rather sell it auction style.  This jeep has NO RESERVE, so the winner will be the proud new owner of a 4x4!!  Cheers.
