This auction offer the successful bidder the chance to own a new, limited production vehicle that few people will have the opportunity to drive let alone own. All of which are available on a first come, first served basis. This sale is being hosted by Planet Nissan of Flagstaff, a Nissan dealership ("Planet Nissan"). Planet Nissan will be receiving only 1 of these vehicles, so a bidder needs to act fast. Again, this auction is for purchase of the 2012 Nissan GT-R. According to the manufacturer: GT-R was developed with a new understanding and appreciation of the Earth’s natural forces – gravity, Inertial force and aerodynamics – and translates those forces into a completely new design, maximizing tire grip and airflow. Basic vehicle dynamics and integration with the driver has been examined, resulting in new componentry and creating a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) never seen before in the marketplace. All of these theories have been integrated to balance ‘speed and efficiency,’ ‘high-output with environmental consideration’ and ‘high performance and safety.’ Taking these factors into account, Nissan created the all-new GT-R, which offers advanced high performance for secure and enjoyable driving by minimizing the effects of climatic, road condition or driving technique limitations. This auction is made with the following stipulations: 1. The sale of this vehicle will take place at the Planet Nissan dealership located in Flagstaff, Arizona. 2. All documents evidencing the sale will be finally executed and consummated at the dealership premises. 3. Buyers will be responsible for all appropriate state and local taxes, title and registration fees wherever the vehicle is to be titled and registered. 4. The final price will have a document fee of $329.95, and a $274.95 Theft-Protection Fee added, which is to be paid by the Buyer 5. Any shipping arrangements and charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. 6. The vehicle may not be exported outside of the Unites States and the Buyer will be required to execute an affidavit attesting to the fact that the vehicle will not be exported. 7. Planet Nissan assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves its premises. 8. Planet Nissan cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping as it is beyond its control. 9. A nonrefundable deposit (except for failure of Planet Nissan to receive delivery of the vehicle) of $2500 to be applied against the final purchase price will be due within 24 hours after the close of the auction. The terms of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to any conflict of law’s provisions that might indicate the applicability of laws of any other jurisdiction. 11. The venue for all legal proceedings shall be in Coconino County, Arizona, where Planet Nissan is located. 12. The purchase price shall be tendered in lawful money of the United States of America. The purchase price can be in the form of cash, wire transfer or bank certified funds. If the purchase price is in the form of bank certified funds, then Planer Nissan will not deliver the vehicle until it receives confirmation from its bank that the funds have been cleared. 13. Planet Nissan reserves the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of the failure of the winning bidder to comply with the above requirements. 14. A bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. 15. Buyer must be at least 18 years of age. 16. All transactions are subject to arbitration pursuant to the Arizona uniform arbitration act. 17. We cannot export any new Nissan, this includes Canada.
