Vehicle Detail

All of her glass seals, headliner, stereo and new carpet, including custom auto body to windshield and rear windows were done 2 summers ago by ACME auto body in J.P.. Her glass was leaking now, it's not. $9500 later, she's in good driver auto body shape for her age. Her engine and all mechanicals were rehabed by Watertown's Direct Tire, Tony and Bob are the classic car specialists there. They put a new engine in her for me in 2008. I've been enjoying her since. She has been a summer only car for me since her engine was replaced in 2008. $15,000 in receipts (I'm sure I have more somewhere) since 2008 including suspension, engine, auto-body and custom Ipod radio. She's a great driver. Her bed has also been "rhino-lined". She's a real head turner. The new engine installed in 2008 is a 300CIP, 300HP. Automatic. Body in good shape considering age. Moving soon, so I won't have room for her in the new house. Sad to see her go, but looking for a good home. Also for sale locally, so I may have to end this auction. Buy it now is my bottom line. Including shipping, purchase price and receipts, I'm into her for over 20K. She's a lot of fun. Her current name is Ella.On May-16-11 at 11:50:26 PDT, seller added the following information: A bunch of questions came up about the interior, so I posted more pictures. The entire floor, and rear panel, where the rear window were reconstructed (custom) when I had the auto body work done. This was to make her "water tight". She had rotten floors and the rear window leaked, but all have been completely restored, she looks brand new in and around her windows. They really did a great job, and they resealed the antique glass as well. You can see the black caulk, I'm pointing it out in one of the pictures. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for your questions. -ShayOn May-21-11 at 07:48:49 PDT, seller added the following information:Hi Everyone, I just got her mechanic Bob Lane from Direct Tire in Watertown on the phone. The engine is a Jasper 350 CID, 300HP, V8. Sorry for any confusion. She's an automatic, column shifter, she shifts good. Thanks!
