This old truck appears to have not had anyone chopping or cutting on it. We got it running and it runs like a new singer sewing machine. You can't hurt them old Chevy 6 cylinders. It is a 6 cylinder, standard shift and the odometer show 53,709 miles and I would say that is right. It looks like this El Camino sat leaning over on the driver side as there is some rust issues in the bed. We have an old bed and can cut a piece out to patch this one - we will do that and give it to the buyer. There is also some rust issues on the frame under the drivers side where it looks like the water ran down through the hole in the bed - shown in photos. We have another frame that actually came out of a 1967 SS 396 Chevelle that we will give to the buyer to use a section out of. Everything seems to be here and we have the front and back window stainless trim. The two back corner pieces on top of the bed are missing and that's about it. Truck has 7" Corvette ralleys all the way around. Tires are just for moving the vehicle - may pops. Rockers seem to be in good shape with most of the rust on the drivers side underneath , bed floor and behind rear wheels - easy patch panel area. Really clean under the hood, battery tray has very little surface rust, inner fenders are really nice as is the firewall. Dog house is decent also. Could be mostly original paint, at least original color and nothing messed with inside, all original. This truck runs and drives really good but it must have busted a brake line as there are no brakes. You will need to haul it home. If you don't have a trailer and want to use a tow dolly, we can remove the drive shaft if necessary. Vehicle is on a clear Kentucky title, ready to transfer to your name.
