For sale 1984 Honda XR 500 the last year produced in the 500cc 4 stroke. This bike is in running order but sold AS IS. Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping (I will assist as possible with buyer arranged shipping). I will deliver within reason (300 miles) at $1 per mile. I have the title for this bike (florida) and it is clear. I have had it registered in the past and driven it on the roads registered in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia as it is. It is designed obviously as an off road bike and is great fun on trails or on the track. I have working tail / break light, headlight, mirror (of sorts), and used to have a simple air horn, and this was enough to register and drive it on the roads using hand signals when turning. This helps to get you to the location where you are planning to drive to use it for its main purpose in the woods or trails. The tires are in great shape as you can see from the pictures. It has been sitting for years as I was working overseas, however I cleaned the carbs (dual carb system), spark plug, air filter, did an oil change and it started right up. I am selling as I plan to work and live overseas long term.
