Vehicle Detail
The car does not have a title, I baught this car to get on the road i found a title service that will get me the title for 399.00$ This is no where near a project car it needs just the few things and it will drive down the road. I have a 1962 Mercedes Benz 190 Diesel Sedan with a 4 speed manual Transmission located on the colum. This car spent most of its life in a barn from 1969 to 2007 taken out only a few times in the 1970's and in the 1980's. I aquired this car from a friend who sold it to me. The car has no paper work on it, finding a title should no be easy the thing is there were no titles at the time only certificate of owner ship and that was lost. The cars interior is almost mint the car has 47,000 miles. It has rust on the bottom there is a hole on the passanger side floor board right now i have a wood bord there but its not something serious like i said before this is not a project car. this is a 6 seater car The cars got original tires from 1974 that has SEARS writen on them. 1) The car needs a Master Slave Cylinder for the clutch resavor, I replaced the slave cylinder bolted to the transmisssion. 2. Front Brake Calipers. 3. Rear Brake Cylinder for the drums. 4. Needs Exhaust. The engine fires up good I repalced 1) all the glow plugs. 2) Cleaned the Air Cleaner oil bath filter and added fresh oil 3) Adjusted the altantor tennsioner belt. 4) Brand New AC DELCO diesel truck battery. 5) replaced all the lights bulbs.
