I am listing this little old pick up for a friend who found it stored in a barn. It had been hot rodded some years ago having had a Chevy small block V8 and automatic transmission installed. The rear end appears to be a 9 inch Ford. The cab and front dog house are original steel and the box is home made wood with rear aftermarket fiberglass fenders. Most of the OE steel is in good condition for 65 years old. The hood closes good as do the doors. The glass is in good shape. The interior uses what appear to be comfortable Camaro bucket seats and a GM tilt steering wheel that works great in all positions. There is an underdash A/C unit that appears to have worked at one time but would need to be brought up to current 134A standards. The Chevy V8 was tuned up and it runs great with the trans shifting good. A small gas can is being used currently as the main tank has not been removed for cleaning at this time. This could be made in to a low key driver shop truck with out too much more labor or a really neat street rod. Take care of a couple of minor things for driveability and run it down the road as a rat rod THIS SUMMER. Please note that a Michigan title is not available. The owner will provide a bill of sale.
