This auction is for a 2007 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN 1500LT SPORT UTILITY 4-DOOR. This vehicle is in EXCELLENT condition. It belongs to my parents who live in Clearwater, Fl. I am just helping them list it. It has been a garage kept vehicle since it has been owned. Bought brand new from dealership / a sticker price of over $47k. This is a one-owner vehicle and perfectly maintained. ALL service work or maintenance on the vehicle has been done at the dealership. Just got serviced for 30K miles. The interior really is like new. As you can see in the pictures, there were plastic mats & carpet placed on top of the original floor mats. So, interior floor is in perfect condition (no tears, stains, wear marks). This has been a NON-SMOKING vehicle, never smoked in. Backseats were very rarely used, possibly 5 times in the 4 yrs. Absolutely emmaculate back there as well, no kids have been inside. The car has never needed any mechanical repairs of any kind. Powertrain, transmission, etc are in great condition. My mother did purchase 2 new rear tires a little more than a year ago b/c she ran over a nail & the dealership wanted to plug the tire and she felt more comfortable getting new tires. :) You really do need to see this car to believe how I'm describing it. It is tan in color and tan interior as well as seen in pictures. There's no dents, scratches, dings on the exterior of the car.
