This is not a show car, but a nice driving, nice looking, reliable daily driver, in good shape for 43 years old. This car is turn key, needs nothing as it sits, but it is not perfect. Interior was done by previous owner, has good headliner, newer dash, carpet, and seats are good. Previous owner did complete brake job and wheel bearings. This is an early 1968 with lap belts, 289 V8, C4 auto, power steering and manual drum brakes. Brakes are good. To the best of my knowledge, the engine is the original engine, unknown miles on it, same for the transmission. No real oil leaks although the bottom of the engine / transmission is a little greasy, as you would expect with a daily driver. It runs and sounds great. This car has been super reliable. The heater core could be replaced, heater blows warm, not hot, but I only drive it in the summer. Fuel gauge reads a little over half when full, and drops normal - sending unit could be adjusted. Turn signal indicators in hood. Brand new battery. New weatherstripping · Battery tray and hold down · No rust in car, car is straight and solid. Paint is two years old and not perfect- paint job was amateur and has imperfections, but looks good at 20 feet. The color is a orange / red with metallic. · New rear quarter reflectors, Aftermarket Halogen headlights. · C-stripe kit – black Car is always parked under cover during the summer when driven, and stored inside and not driven during the winter – no road salt exposure.
