1964 BUICK SKYLARK CONVERTIBLE Here is a very solid 1964 Buick Skylark Convertible. The car has a Buick 300 cubic inch V8 motor and automatic transmission. The car runs strong and shifts great. Brakes work perfect! Mechanically this car is A1 and has been lovingly maintained. I would consider driving it ANYWHERE with confidence! The car still has its original paint and it does have its share of dull/faded areas, touch ups and scratches. There are some small areas of surface rust (see picture of the worst spot). That being said the paint is still presentable as a driver and looks good from 10 feet. The bumpers and chrome are original and are a little dull and dinged in spots. But here again presentable as a driver. The frame, floors and trunk are solid outside of a floor patch on the rear drivers side (done correctly) and a trunk patch (also done correctly). The original interior is in great shape also. The carpet and dash pad may have been replaced at some point as they are in too good of shape to be original. Everything works on this car including the wipers, horn, heater, lights, power top, remote mirror, glove box trunk release, radio (not original but newer w/cassette), courtesy lights and all gauges. The power top works great. The top is original and is presentable and functional as is. However is a bit tired and showing its age. Engine bay is very clean and has been detailed (see picture) and a set of gauges has been added. I also have an original air cleaner assembly that comes with the car. The car has duel exhaust and sounds great! Cooper radial tires have about 80% of tread. Buick Rally wheels. Also comes with original jack, spare tire w/cover, top boot cover,car cover and original owners manuals. This car does have seat belts also! I also have a documentation note from the second owner with some history on the car. Car really is a blast to drive! Here is a chance to own one of the classic muscle car convertibles at a reasonable price. This car gets attention whenever I leave the driveway.
