This truck is channeled over a 1978 Monte Carlo full frame so you have power steering and power disc brakes. The frame has coils front and rear so it would be an easy project to bag and slam to the ground with an air bag system. It already sit low because of the channeling. The cab came off a 1 ton truck and had very little rust as you can see from the original floors and steps. We purchased and installed an new Summit racing 12 gallon fuel cell in the rear. Has a new Lokar shifter, small block Chevrolet, and rebuilt turbo 350 trans. New Speedway Billet column drop on the tilt wheel and a set of decent usable bucket seats. Will need exhaust installed, head and tail lights hooked up and it should be ready to go. Truck appears to have all original glass. Front glass and wings have some discoloration but are not cracked. Just great old rat rod patina. Bed has great old 100 year old Kentucky barn wood with a little lift out door to access the fuel cell. Truck is painted with Eastwood single stage barn find blue paint so if you want to do some additional body work it will be an easy match. This truck will be a killer rat rod or shop truck for the spring and summer runs. a week of minor work will have it in great shape. Take it as far as you want as the dog house was great as was the bed and rear fenders. We used 3 trucks to put this one together using the best of minimal rust parts. Actually there is very little to no rust left on this truck. Motor starts off the tilt wheel key switch with a touch of the key and doesn't smoke at all. Lot drives and stops.
