Up for bids is a 1967 chevrolet impala sport coupe. Overall the car is driver quality. Over the 15 years its been owned parts needing replaced have been repaired or rebuilt . The car started out as an original 327 powerglide car and still has the correct motor and transmission numbers matching it and rebuilt. As you can see in the pics everything isn't original but for the most part it is close, very few part are not correct. The interior is all there but needs repairs, things needing replaced are rear package tray, carpet if your real picky, stereo but dash is uncut, and a new dash pad but the cover hides it well, also a new headliner. On the other end the interior trim is in great condition, as you can see all of it's pieces fit together very nicely and looks great. Overall the body is pretty clean does have it's fixes and some touchups here and there but not far from paint, the floors and trunk are clean and rust free as you can also see in the pictures. It drives very nice just floats down the road, it has power brakes and steering. all the lights work including interior dome lights about the only thing doesn't work is the horn and clock,never figured out why. Has daul exhaust ,as far as the motor it is a 327 rebuilt at 111,000 original to engine edlebrock 600 4bbl runs very nice and good power, and shifts flawless. The only thing you will notice with this car is when you are going at normal speeds and you use your brakes you will fill your steering wheel gets a little shimmy in it. Pretty much everything has been done except a little body work and paint (not sure if its ever been painted but it looks pretty original). The trim on the car is orig and looks great, the only one that is dinged is the piece behind the rear brake light which I have,and there is a piece missing on the hood. All doors open and close good but they are a little sticky on the hinges which you can see in the video.I also have the original air cleaner , valve covers and intake plus carb that go with this car. The glass is all excellent condition. Window trim is in real nice shape heat works well and she runs cool with no radiator or heater core leaks. Good car to cruise the summer in, and finish off whenever you want.This car has only had 3 owners, the original was a little ole lady in Buhl Idaho, the second was her nephew that owned it for 15 years and than it was purchased from him in 95 this car has never been driven hard or abused and you can feel it .
