Please read the complete discription and ask questions prior to bidding, send private email if you would like to contact me by phone and thanks for looking. We are moving shortly and I won't have a shop any longer to complete the restoration of this nice little car. The odomoter shows zero miles on it and this is they way I received and I don't have any Idea of the true mileage. The motor was removed from the car in the late 1960's and was last tagged in 1971 or 72. The motor has been rebuilt and painted and ready to install. The starter has been rebuilt and still has the tag on it. The car comes with two transmissions and a transmission gasket set for. Four New tires. All the parts in the pictures come with the sale of this vehicle. Tail light bezels (new) 2 extra set of tail light housing, 2 sets of tail light lens (1 amber 1 red), several sets of motor mounts, park ligth lens & rings, Excellant Radiator (tested), Clutch master cylinder & extra rebuild kit, Generator bush & spring sets (2), 4 red M's for hub caps, 8 sets of points, 2 condensors, 1 new rotor, New exhaust clamp, new starter switch, head light switch, door handles, new heater cowl seal gasket, 1 extra distributor & 2 caps and wires, door handle springs, Voltage reg (used), extra valve cover, about 1 quart of green paint for engine (orginal color), Orginal Nash floor mats (not reproductions), new rear black carpet, New pistons 2 are .020 over, 1 std. 1 is .010 over, one set of standard rings, rubber brake cover, chrome metro emblem, tag light frame, 2 fuel pumps, extra wheel cylinders 1 new 3 used, 3 wheel cyl. kits, extra theromostat housing, starter cable, New headliner (still in box), New starter switch, 3 shop manuals one on CD 1 in excellant condition and 1 working copy, complete parts catalog for all Mets, Story of the Met book, Jack in excellant condition, rubber window channel 3 feet, Carb has been completely rebuilt and has orginal color applied to it, radiator hoses 2 each are NOS. 1 set of brass steering bushings. The is minor rust by right door (see next to picture with jack) a couple of very minor dings, Until a month the vehicle has been stored in my shop for several years and it receive a minor crack in the windshield from the nabors mower. The may not be visable in the pictures and does not impair the drivers view. This Metro was manufactured in 1955 and appears to be orginally titled 1956. I am having the title replaced and should be available in 3 to 5 weeks, in the mean time I will issue a Notarized "Bill of Sale" and I will mail the title via Certified mail as soon as it arrives.
