Vehicle then passed the Highway Patrol Inspection which inspected the car's parts, repairs, and safety of the vehicle. The vehicle now holds a Rebuilt Title admitting it safe and legal for road use once again. Rebuilt Titled cars are registered and insured just like any other Clear Titled cars out there.
