A true piece of history, the Porsche 912 was manufactured by Porsche of Germany between 1965 and 1969 . One exclusive and original piece of the 912 Porsche located in Boise Idaho. This car has been taken care of all of its life.some maintenance records will be included and books that go with the car. The car has been maintained , drives very good, Manual transmission, engine has been totally rebuilt, new brakes , new window regulator, new Battery and and........ Very fun to drive car, it handles the roads very well All of the technical work on this car has been performed by specialists experienced in Porsche cars. The wiring in the car is in great shape all blinkers lights work. This is a very rare find because it is almost all original., it still looks very nice. The paint still shines nice and there is no rust on this porsche anywhere. The seats are still in nice condition with only a few tears , the motor runs great you can drive it anywhere . Although being restored some time ago it looks nice but shows its age also. The chrome is great, the body has a few dents ,nicks and scratches and the drivers side mirror needs replaced, an easy fix . It is cream with black interior paint is original color. It is equipped with a four speed transaxle, that shifts through all the gears flawless, and an original radio (that works) but I think the speakers need replaced because it likes to crackle. It has been kept out of wet weather its whole life, and in a garage covered with its car cover that comes with the car, brakes have been gone through, all new flexible brake hoses replaced, all fluids replaced, and a valve adjustment. The engine was completely gone through and the transmission linkage was readjusted, and shits flawless now. It has 165/SRX15 tires on factory 5 1/2 X 15 wheels. Please note that this car has all of it's 1966 equipment such as correct window handles, horn pad, correct radio, owners manual etc. Even the windshield wiper resivor is still hooked up, The dash has never been cut for an aftermarket stereo nor have the door panels or rear shelf been cut for aftermarket speakers. The bottom is in great condition as shown in the pictures. The car starts right up and the engine sounds great with plenty of power. It shifts well and goes down the road as a good Porsche should The buyer is soley responsible for pickup and/or shipping. You are welcome to come and inspect it before the end of the auction.
