Vehicle Detail
I built this jeep back in 2003 to use at Paragon and Raush Creek to rock climb and that it did. It even made it to the cover of Quadratec's catalog in the summer of 2003. It has a clear title in my name. The following are the specs of the build. Front axle: Detroit locker, 4:56 gears, Warn cromoly heavy duty axle shafts with a set of spare shafts of the same, Warn hub conversion (the best one you can get), and sway bar disconnects. Rear axle: Detroit locker, 4:56 gears, and one piece heavy shafts. Rest of drivetrain: 258 engine with header and weber carb, T176 transmission, Dana 300 with Terra Low 4:1 kit and twin stick shifter Suspension: 4" Superlift with 1-1/2" shackle lift Wheels: 35"x12.50" Goodyear MTR's with a spare that has never touched the ground on Aluminum Baja II's which are 10" wide I spent somewhere around 10k on this jeep not counting the purchase price. I could probably part it out and get more but would like to see if anyone would like it whole first. It has been sitting for the last 3 years so the gas tank would need to be drained. Currently have the line run to a bottle of gas. Runs good but has a hard time at idle probably just needs some cleaning. The clutch pedal linkage is broke but will start in gear and move around the yard, just can't take it for a test drive or at least not on the road. It has a bikini top and soft 2 piece doors. The seats are best top and rear seat is original. It does have some rust and rock rash. The jeep would need the clutch linkage put back on and gas tank drained to make it trail worthy again. I just want to make it clear that even though this jeep does have a clear title in my name it is not really a street vehicle. I did drive it around on weekends but it's not the safest thing in the world. Now if you are looking for a trail rig for climbing the rocks than you are set up and just about ready to go. I have spare parts to go along with the jeep too. The pictures that were taken of the jeep off road was at Raush Creek off road park in PA a few years ago. The other pictures were taken a couple of weeks ago. Due to non-paying bidders like "marlinstriper" with 0 feedback do not bother bidding your bids will be canceled. I will still sell you the jeep but you will have to come to me before the auction ends and pay in cash. After the auction ends who ever the winner is gets it.
