Just in time for summer. This auction is for a very nice 1967 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight Convertable. One owner until this past October. Always garaged. Has been in heated year round storage the past five or six years while estate was being settled. Power windows, power brakes, power steering, and power top. No air conditioning. New 225/70 R 14 tires. New top with a glass rear window and two boots. Very nice interior and carpet. Front seat shows some cracks in the material but not coming apart. A good cleaning with some Armor All would make the interior look very presentable. No major rust or rot that I could find. Floors and trunk floor are good. All glass is good and the front winshield is tinted. Comes with original manuals. Also, some extra/spare parts for the car come with it. The car was repainted in late 1998 but they did a very poor job of preparing the car. The paint is falling off the car in some places. Not real bad by any means but it is a poor quality job. Looks great from 30 feet, not bad from 10 feet, but not good up close. Again, this is the paint only, the body itself is in good shape. I drove this car home, in January about 40 miles, and it runs and drives very nice. Goes straight down the road and floats along like these cars are suppose to. When I moved the car to take these pictures the brake pedas went all the way to the floor. I suspect that one of the wheel cyclinders is bad so it will need some attention in that area.
