1971 Austin Mini for sale I imported this Mini from New Zealand 3 years a ago. I bought it from a dealer because it had a good body and interior. I was intending to do a vtec swap so the motor and transmission were of no concern to me. After it's return trip to the US I found that the engine and transmission were in good working order and that it had the original automatic transmission in the car which is rare. Because of its rarity I have found another MIni to do my vtec swap so this one is up for sale. I painted the exterior but didn't mess with the engine bay as I was going to do that when I had the engine out. I have put about 1,000 miles on it since arrived. Currently the odometer reads 35,800 original miles. Seat are original and in very good condition, only one small tear in the drivers seat. Right hand drive which can be exciting at times, even funny if you throw a big stuffed animal in the passagers seat :) You will get tons of lookers! Included is a new cover and the original "Passport to Service" issued by the New Zealand Motor Corporation with the original owners info hand written on the front page. I have clear California title in my posession. No need to smog I have no idea what this car is worth so I am listing it with a low reserve and lets see what the market can bear.
