OF THE ONLY 3587 IMPERIAL CUSTOM 4 DOOR HARDTOPS THAT WERE MADE IN 1962, AFTER THE LAST ALMOST 50 YEARS, HOW MANY DO YOU SUPPOSE MADE IT? EVEN IF 10% OF THE ORIGINAL 3587 HAVE SURVIVED, THAT STILL ONLY LEAVES ABOUT 358.7 OF THEM OUT THERE! (AND I'M NOT SURE WE SHOULD EVEN COUNT THE ONE THAT COUNTS AS THE ".7" !) =) THE FRONT BUMPER HAS A SMALL DENT, AS SEEN JUST BELOW THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEADLIGHTS. OTHERWISE THE REST OF THE FRONT END LOOKS VERY NICE & CLEAN! VERY STRAIGHT & ORIGINAL! NOT BAD FOR HALF A CENTURY! THIS ONE WILL ALSO MAKE A GREAT CAR TO RESTORE BECAUSE IT IS INCREDIBLY SOLID. WE HAVEN'T FOUND ANY ADVANCED RUST ON IT ANYWHERE! ESPECIALLY SOLID & CLEAN FOR BEING ALMOST 50 YEARS OLD! IT IS OVERALL VERY SOLID THROUGHOUT. THE ONLY AREAS WE FOUND WITH RUST ON THE WHOLE CAR WERE SURFACE RUST WHERE THE PAINT OR CHROME HAD WORN THIN OR LIKE ON THE FLOORBOARDS WHERE THE CARPETING IS MISSING. OTHERWISE, SOLID FLOORBOARDS SOLID DOORS, SOLID FENDERS SOLID HOOD SOLID QUARTERS SOLID ROCKERS ETC.! HERE ARE THE PARTICULARS: VIN: 9123191283 ODOMETER READING: 94364 LIKE ALL OF OUR VEHICLES 10 YEARS & OLDER IT IS BEING SOLD AS: TRUE MILES UNKNOWN. SOLD AS: MILES EXEMPT. SOLD WITH CLEAN & CLEAR OREGON TITLE. HAS A SMALL CIRCULAR ROCK CHIP IN THE WINDSHIELD THAT MAY BE REPAIRABLE, OTHERWISE ALL THE OTHER GLASS IS GOOD. HAS A NICE LOOKING SET WIRE WHEEL COVERS WITH AN EXCELLENT SET OF MATCHING RADIAL TIRES. TIRES HAVE ABOUT 60% TREAD ON REAR & 90% ON FRONT. HAS REALLY COOL CLASSIC BODY LINES! THE REAR BUMPER NEEDS TO BE RECHROMED, BUT IS OVERALL STRAIGHT & SOLID! ALL SORTS OF POTENTIAL! AND HOW NICE WOULD IT BE TO HAVE SOMETHING THAT NOT EVERYBODY ELSE HAS? INTERIOR: DASH APPEARS TO BE ALL THERE. BUT THE INTERIOR NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY RESTORED. SEATS, CARPETING, DOOR PANELS & HEADLINER. ALL AVAILABLE THROUGH US AT OUR WHOLESALE COST. FRONT SEAT BACK SEAT. THE DOOR PANELS WILL ALL NEED TO BE RECOVERED. BUT THE PATTERNS ARE ALL THERE SO THEY CAN BE MATCHED. LEFT REAR SHOWN ABOVE. PASSENGER'S SIDE FRONT... AND PASSENGER SIDE REAR. VIEW OF PASSENGER FRONT. PASSENGER REAR. FACTORY 413ci V8 DOES NOT CURRENTLY TURN OVER. (ALTHOUGH I ONLY SPENT ALL OF ABOUT 5 MINUTES TRYING.) THE GOOD NEWS, FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND IS THAT THESE ENGINES ARE EZ TO GET PARTS FOR AND WORK ON, SINCE THEY USED THEM WELL INTO THE 70'S IN A LOT OF MOTORHOMES! ALSO EZ TO JUST SWAP IN A 440, FROM WHAT I AM TOLD. IT DOES APPEAR TO BE ALL THERE, MINUS THE CAP & WIRES, ETC. BUT ALL THE MAIN ITEMS APPEAR TO BE THERE. NICE OLD CLASSIC. NEEDS A GOOD NEW HOME.
