Up for auction is my 1973 Ford LTD Coupe with 85,194 original miles....I purchased it three years ago from the second owner who had purchased it from the original owner in 1979....This car has been garaged since new and has been well maintained.....All of the mechanical work for the past three years has been performed by Riverhead Ford using Motorcraft Parts.....In fact, I just brought the car to Ford for a complete inspection prior to this listing.....the only thing they found wrong was a hairline crack in the top of the radiator....I had them replace it with a Brand New one....The car is good to go :-) This LTD is Powered by a 400 cu.in. 2bbl. that starts easily when cold with one pump of the gas pedal......she is completely stock even down to the single exhaust that has that quiet big block rumble....She runs nice, tranny (3 spd. auto.) shifts quickly and smooth, and glides down the road like an LTD should....Power Steering and Power Front Disc Brakes are all up to parr.....A/C worked well last summer.....Hope you like listening to your favorite tunes on a factory State of The Art AM Radio......Shes All original....Interior is excellent with only one tear in the drivers side door panel (in photo)....Headliner,seats, and carpet all good.....Non-smoker so no smells :-) Last spring I had my body guy take out all the little dings and scratches and repair any little surface rust spots that were there......rather than attempt blending the paint, he thought it best to paint the entire car in it's original Emerald Green.....As you can see in the pics it came out Real Nice......Last month I decided to replace the original tires, rims, and hub caps with a Brand New set of Keystone Klassics wrapped with a Brand New set of BF Goodrich Radial T/A's.
