This auction is for a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 flatbed with dual rear wheels. We are a municipality in the Champaign Urbana area. This truck was purchased new and has been in our fleet since then. The vehicle has been serviced regularly in our shop. The truck has 48566 miles on it. Truck is equipped with the 5.9 litre 360 magnum v8. Has am/fm cass radio ps/pb/and ac that works good. For safety purposes the truck is equipped with a strobe light kit in the front/back and top. The battery is about 2 months old, had a recent oil & filter change. The 4 rear tires are like new, but the front will need to be replaced soon. Additioinal equipment: snow x sand pro #1875 spreader with in cab controls. The spreader is easaly removable so the truck can be used for towing or hauling. Also has trailor brack controler in cab. As for the cab the drivers seat is torn on the entry edge and the interior shows wear. Has a fold down arm rest but will seat 3 people if needed. This has been a fleet vehicle, it looks good but it does have dings and scratches but nothing major. Truck was just taken out of service due to a new replacement that is the reason for selling. Truck will need a good cleaning inside and out as it is dirty. To our knowledge there is nothing wrong with this vehicle it runs and drives good but it is being sold as is. Comes with owners manual.
