No Reserve! Up for auction is a 1999 VW Jetta GLS project car. This vehicle is a recent trade here at our Imports dealership. As you can see in the pictures the car could use a good clean up/detail. The car does need some work to be drivable. The paint has scratches, dings, nicks, bumper marks, fading and peeling. Overall it is not in real bad shape and could make someone a nice little car with some work. The seats are in good condition and the rest of the interior looks good to. I will be listing the items that we know are wrong with the car below. These are the things that we found when looking the car over. There may be more issues. Obviously with the mileage and issues we have no plans of repairing the car. This is definitely a fixer of a car and will take a little work but it does have potential. We are listing the car with no reserve and it will be sold to the highest bidder. Please understand you will need to tow the car until the issues are repaired. Due to this vehicle being over 10 years old it is federally exempt from mileage reporting. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Known Issues: The A/C compressor clutch seized up causing the belt and tensioner to fail. The car needs a compressor, dryer and expansion valve, as well as, serpentine belt and tensioner. They also found that a condenser fan was INOP and needed to be replaced as well. If you have zero or negative feedback you will need to contact me before bidding.
