OK HERE WE HAVE MY 1930 MODEL A RAT ROD FOR SALE........... It's a 1930 model A sedan body, the 1930 body had the gas fill in the cowel which this one has. The body has been channeled 6inchs and chopped 8 inchs....yes I said 8. All floor pans are custom made and welded, seats are aluiminum bomber seats. I made the seat cushions myself. It has a Chevy 350 backed with a 350 turbo trans. a shortened driveshaft don't know what the rear end is out of but it works just fine. It has all new plugs, wires, distubuter and air cleaner. She runs strong and yes those headers are loud (no baffles), but she is so sweet even the cops give me a thumbs up. I put a new 1000 cranking amp battery in it last yr. she has 2600 pd bags in the rear with air compressor from Cool Cars in Ky. It has a two key start system one for iginition and one for battery shut off. She sits all the way on the ground and raises to about 6 inches. She has a sprint car steering wheel that is removable for ease to to get in. Gauges do work EXPECT for gas and speedo... speedo just need cable. I have used my wife as blocker vehicle when driving the rat due to people not moving and wanting to stare at her on the highway. Getting gas is usually about a 30 min ordeal due to lookers. I have won a few throphys with her also. It was in the power Piston show at the IX Center in Cleveland Ohio also. even at Applebees I got people taking pics....lol.
