Up for sale is a beautiful 2003 Mercedes SL55 AMG. The car has 80,000 miles and rides like a dream. The car is well equipped and also has the panorama roof. The exterior color is Pewter with a charcoal leather interior. The car has many upgrades as well. It has the BRABUS front bumper with two HID fog lights on either side, painted headlight internals in a matte black(the intensity of the lights are the same..only the light housing on the inside were painted so lights are bright like original), painted front grill, side fins, and hood fins to match the pewter body color, rear spoiler, and tinted turn signal mirror markers and tinted tail lights. The car has a set of 20" IFORGED DAYTONA wheels wrapped in continental sport contact tires(over $6000 in wheels+tires). The center of the wheels were painted Pewter to match the car. The car is lowered with adjustable air ride links and with one touch of a button, the car raises and lowers for you. The car comes with the original links to put it back to stock if you would like. As for the performance of the car, let me just say that this car is an ANIMAL!!! The car was done with the renntech ECU and TCU upgrade, smaller supercharger pulley, and take off the top spped governor. The guy my father purchased the car from said the car is close to 600HP. We never saw any dyno sheets but this car can really move. The interior is a charcoal color and is very clean. The wood trim that came with the car was all painted pewter to match the car. I truly believe that the car should have originally came like this. It gives it a nice clean, sporty look rather than the wood everywhere. The car is truly amazing!!! Happy bidding and good luck!!!On Mar-29-11 at 21:15:55 PDT, seller added the following information: Couple negatives about the car so there are no surprises later: Front passenger side rim is in bad shape: chrome is pealing off on outter lip and probably the whole lip needs to be replaced. Didn't get a chance to call iforged to find out what it would cost to replace it. Last picture shows the rim. Front Driver's side rim has some curb rashes. I believe the pulley belt is squeaking. Since it's an aftermarket pulley I dont' know what size belt is needed to get rid of this sound. Couple positives: Car has AUX jack so you can connect your iPhone to it. Car is wired for Sirius Radio (aftermarket tuner is there). Car is wired for bluetooth. I put in 4 HID fog lights last month. Very bright at night. :) Overall, for a car that has 80,000 miles on it, it's in exceptional shape. The issues that the car has, are minor and can be corrected. This car is a beauty and is truly amazing and the enormous amount of positives out weigh the minor negatives.
