Relisting due to non paying bidder who never contacted me and who has now been kicked off Ebay. 1965 corvette convertible with matching numbers 327, 300 hp motor. Good running car that needs a few things here and there.. It currently has a 700R4 transmission but I do have the original powerglide transmission in a crate, I do not know if it needs work or not, the car did not have it in it when I purchased it. Paint was redone in 2005 and is in good condition with a few scratches here and there and an amaturely touched up chip on the hood. It also has some cracking near the drivers side headlight as shown in picture. It has 17"American Racing Torque Thrust wheels with Falken 225/55 tires. Interior looks like it is probably original. I have new door panels and handles not yet installed. Steering wheel is from the 80's, I have the original but it has some cracks in the wood. Car has new gauges and I have the originals in a box. I also have anew Repro clock which I have not installed. Vent window gears need to be rebuilt and drivers side window does not roll up. Motor was rebut a few years back and also just recently installed a new Crank shaft. Car runs well and does not leak anything. I installed a power steering conversion kit about a year and half ago. I have a convertible top for it in box ready to go on it, the frame is installed on the car. I also have a hard top which needs complete restoration, it is spray painted silver and window is hard to see through. Radio is not hooked up and I do not know if it works so please assume that it doesn't. Heater and air controls are not hooked up. The car does not have an Antenna And there is not a place for one so that panel may have been replaced at one time. I have lots of old parts and some new ones too. Horn and gas gauge do not work. Emblems are new and old ones are included as well. This is a Cool car that you can drive and fix up a little at a time. Trim tag was missing when I bought the car. Doors have some sagging, I showed it to a repair shop that works on my other car and they said this is typical and they could make it better but probably not perfect. email me for additional photos.
