Up for sale is a 1982 Jeep Cj7, wide track jeep. The most sought after Jeep in the world, this is a barn find Jeep. It has a straight 6 cyl motor with a T4 four speed, with a Dana 300 transfer case. As u can see from the pics it is in decent shape, body does have some rust, the frame has surface rust but no rot. It does run, but will not idle, it needs a complete tune up and probably a new carb, it has a cherry bomb muffler with the exhaust exiting out the drivers side, so it is loud. Lights work, rear tail light is broke, the speedometer and gauges do not work and the glass is broke on the speedometer. The heater does not work and it has no top, it is pretty much a project Jeep. It has 33 X12.50 tires with 50% tread that will get u by for a while. It has a new clutch, and gas tank, it has diamond plate screwed to the floor which was done before i bought it, so it could use new floor pans. But the body is better then most junk I have seen on EBAY. The 4wheel drive works and motor does run, so we can run it for u if u'd like. I have a good T176 transmission and a good radiator that goes with the Jeep also. U are more than welcome to come and look at the Jeep and make an offer and I will end the auction early. I bought the Jeep for $1650 and put another $300 in it so I do have a reserve. I'm in a little over my head with this Jeep as my mechanical skills are not that great and my wife says I can get a new Jeep so here it is for someone with a little know how and a bit more mechanical skills than me.
