Vehicle Detail
1967 FORD MUSTANG FASTBACK, BOSS 302 CLONE. (Instead of Eleanor clone like majority of 67/68 fastbacks, this one was done to look more like the late model Boss 302 Ford Mustangs). Car has around 1,200 miles since restoration by previous owner. Wheels/tires have less than 200 miles on them. Vehicle has custom paint job (grabber orange) with black hood stripe painted on, car has 4 base coats of grabber orange color, 2 coats of black on hood stripe, then has 5 coats of clear finish coat, buffed, polished, & rubbed. All the fenders, doors, hood, windows etc..... came off & were prepped, primed, painted, & cleared. Side black Boss 302 stripe/logo is Ford old skool decals that change to reflective color at night when lights hit them or by camera flash & you will see different colors in pics when using/not using flash.(By the way, bare with me on quality of photos that I took, these were taken with my iphone, not the best quality! Pictures do not do it justice. Has late model 302 Ford motor, with 5 speed manual tremec transmission w/ Hurst shifter.Motor & transmission were originally in a 95 Ford Mustang Gt, then were professionally rebuilt by previous owner. Car has headers, flowmaster mufflers & chrome tip pipes, has true functioning shaker hood scoop/air breather, late model grill with late style looking fog lamps,8" Ford rear end w/ positrac, aluminum fuel tank, late model high back bucket seats (for comfort, vs the original short style mustang seats) custom made center console w/ soda holder built in, all seats were professionally redone, new carpet was installed, new headliner, glass was replaced as well as all chrome trim, rubber, door sills, all gauges were replaced, brand new w/less than 200 miles, 18" American Racing Boss wheels, with Brand new Nitto NT555 drag radials 235/40/R18 in Front & 285/35R18 in rear, retro looking Grant GT wood grain handle steering wheel w/ mustang pony center cap, have new Wolf Car cover etc.....This car was done right! Can be a show car or a go car, or both, whatever you desire!Stays inside my shop 8' up in the air on my car lift 99% of the time! I am sure I have left off something, reply to add/email with any questions. Thanks for looking! On Mar-19-11 at 19:37:07 PDT, seller added the following information: I took more pics outside my shop in daylight, I would be glad to email anyone if you reply to add with your email address. It will not let me add any more photos or change any due to bids already being placed on car.On Mar-20-11 at 07:36:01 PDT, seller added the following information: The car is basically the way I purchased it last year, the only changes I have made were the wheels & tires. I bought it shortly after being restored & had trucked to me in Oklahoma. It is really an awesome old skool muscle car! Only reason I am even attempting to sell is because I have been talking to the buyer I sold my 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby Gt500 vert to that I built and I have the chance to buy it back. Wife said I have too many toys & one has to go in order to purchase the Shelby back. Only reason its this one, is due to I didn't build it myself, so it doesn't have as much sentimental value/blood, sweat, & tears of mine in that all my other toys do!
