This car listed for over $81k new - original window sticker included with car. Just detailed and inspected to ensure it is ready to go. I have owned this car for almost 2 years and no longer have a need for it, as I bought a commuter car for my new long work commute (I just can't bring myself to put so many miles on a high end car). Of course, I welcome and encourage a pre-purchase inspection. You will not be dissapointed! *** Now the not so good*** This car has a manufacturer buyback title. This did not scare me when I bought it in May '09 because I researched why it was bought back. It was bought back because of a key fob that failed 3 times and rendered the car un-startable (NOTHING in the car was wrong). I have FULL documentation of this, and full service records of this car. All this documentation can be verified at any BMW dealer nationwide. I have had NO trouble with this car, and the BRAND NEW key fob is included with the sale. I can scan the documentation and email it to anyone interested. This car has been serviced exclusively at BMW dealerships - both in Irvine, CA, and Austin, TX. I firmly believe that the dealer in CA didn't really check into the keyfob issue as they should have and it resulted in the buyback. All BMW did when they repurchased the car was replace the keyfob and the vehicle battery, per the documentation I have in hand. If you are looking to finance this car, please check with your bank before bidding. Some banks are wary in regards to a manufacturer buyback title. I had no trouble getting financed. If you were able to see the car, you would see that even at the BIN price it is a true bargain. I am very picky with my cars, and maintain them all very well. This was my daily driver for a while - until my work commute tripled what it used to be. I didn't want to rack up a lot of miles on a high end car, and it sits in my garage all the time.
